I had the pleasure of dining at Seasons Restaurant recently, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The restaurant boasts a fantastic atmosphere that sets the perfect tone for a delightful meal. Our server, Louie, was a standout during our visit. His attentiveness and professionalism elevated our dining experience.
However, one aspect that slightly dampened our experience was the initial seating process. Despite making a reservation online, we encountered some difficulties getting seated for dinner before 5 pm. It was surprising to find that even with 11 open tables, we had to request assistance from the host to secure a table. Eventually, after some hesitation, we were accommodated at 5:15 pm. Considering the ample available seating – with approximately 17 tables inside the restaurant excluding outdoor seating – the initial seating issue was unexpected.
On a brighter note, the dessert at Seasons Restaurant was a true culinary masterpiece. It was a delightful treat that could easily rival dishes seen on popular cooking shows like the Food Network. The exceptional quality of the dessert was a highlight of our dining experience.
Ultimately, despite the initial seating challenges, the exceptional service provided by Louie truly made a difference. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor significantly contributed to our positive experience at Seasons Restaurant. While I would have rated it 5 stars based on the service and food quality, the seating issue brings my review...

100% my fault. I my portion of this mistake. Here we go…. I decided to pay for our party of 6. The menu does state that gratuity (20%?) is included on parties of 6 or more. Fair enough. I forgot. The bill WITH gratuity came to around $575. I failed to recall in the moment that the tip was included and tip a very generous $200 on top of that!
My bad
My server who will remain nameless herein disappeared. We sat for quite a bit longer chatting at the table. But he was oddly absent.
Had he returned to point out the obvious error he would have been thanked and given a $50 additional tip for his honesty.
I believe this should have been see as an error by our server. He should have just pointed it out. What do you think?
They had my contact information to reach me afterwards even if that was desired by them.
This happened months ago. We and our family and friend have not returned on a single occasion as what happened left a bad taste in everyone’s mouth. Not good for the bottom line IMHO.
Original review: Judge for yourself. What do you think of that Steak portion? $40. I’m lucky to have eaten out a lot all around the world. That was just a silly excuse for a fair portion. We will spend our money elsewhere...
Read moreI would’ve given a one star but I gave two because the service was great. The food on the other hand was horrible. We went there today for our friends Baby shower, we got a fixed menu and what we got out of the money we each spent was far off of what I thought we would get from a Four Seasons. It was a 3 course meal and my choices were…. Course one a cup of soup which was actually good. Course two was a breakfast sandwich containing egg whites, broccoli and cheddar cheese on an English muffin. My sandwich came to me on a scorching hot plate yet my sandwich was room temperature. It was about the size of my fist and the cheese was melted onto the English muffin like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a couple hours. I would’ve rather had a McDonalds breakfast sandwich and I don’t even eat McDonald’s. Third course was a choice of carrot cake or a cup of coffee. I’m not one to write a review in fact this is my first one but the quality of food we got for the price was not good. I saw the other girls choices and they looked as bad as mine. Would not recommend this place for a special occasion. So...
