Our wedding coordinator recommended her to us for our cake. She has a lot of different flavours of cake, ganache, and filling. We choose a 3-tiered cake with 2-tiers being lemon cake with berry compote and 1-tier being almond cake with cookies and cream filling. It had was covered in white chocolate ganache. To my surprise, the wedding cake tasted exactly the same as when we tried it at the cake tasting. She decorated it with flowers provided by our florist, and ended up being stunning.
