Update 8/10: Calzone was really good in flavor but too much dought, left photos attached, chef said that their style of Calzone has a lot of bread because is for dippinghowever, they do not put that much sauce for dipping. If that is your thing we ordered 4 calzone and it was consistent meat in the middle thick part of bread around, a bit more than half was bread. I would prefer if it was evenly distributed instead.

Update7/31:Order Skirt steak Pizza, was really good. Had no problems with the dough. Steak was excellent.

Update7/26: So Kim's is under review, today the manager called assured me the dough is not frozen as I previously stated. After he stated that this was a one time thing and not a recipe change as it was our belief we are oblige to go for a second round. Caring that much about us (his customers) to call us about our review to find out what went wrong made me feel appreciated. Promised I will eat again before the weekend! Hope I can put them back on the 5 star pedestal they been for the last 4 years I have been eating there.

Update7/26: Management change, Chef change, is not the same pizza dough is frozen now. New Administration, I guess new clients because old ones won't stick around!

The customer service was really good, the employee had a friendly demeanor. The atmosphere was really good. The only complaint that i have is the taste. We bought 2 calzone and bread sticks, the cheese to dough ratio was really good. But the galic butter on top did not taste like anything. No favor at all, the sauce was really watery like if they deluded to save on cost. To the point that you could not eat the bread sticks or calzone if you did not add a stronger tasting sauce to find some flavor...

After several times visiting and consumming with 20 or more people, owner decide not to let us in because of the kids that behave well the previous times we visited. Very dissapointed with the attitude specially after consumming before with no issues. Hello its a pizza place, and kids love pizza.
