Mckee's Tavern — Restaurant in Carroll Valley

I really wanted to like this place, I really did.

But the manager is as mean as the cocktail menu is non-existent. It's pretty hit or miss, but since they've opened up the new pub in the other building, it really seems like a waste to spend ya hard earned cash money here.

My message to McKees - find a better manager, get a cocktail menu going, get a better bartender, and thank your lucky stars for your wait staff and your cook - the only two reasons worth...

I got a chicken ceaser salad and the Romain was literally huge pieces the way you buy it at the store just slapped down on the plate with a piece of chicken on top...? What the hell is that? It took me 5 mins just to cut the salad up to make it edible with a fork. Beer was cold and service was...

Two stars is too generous. Menu was very limited and the food was low quality and small portions. The price was expensive as expected for being on the mountain but at least make a decent burger. Eat here only if you lack the will power to go...
