Copper Pot Bistro — Restaurant in Carroll

My husband and I had lunch here on 11/10/23. DELICIOUS!! The owner greeted us with a smile & warmth. We ordered 2 different panini’s….both delicious! Served with the freshest of ingredients with a side salad with a very tasty salad dressing. The Bistro was moderately busy & Lenka(the owner/chef/barista /server) served all with a warm smile. We took the Peach berry pie to go for later..which did not disappoint :) I visited this Bistro a few weeks ago, for the first time after a long hike & only went in to check out the place. I had no money & told Lenka I was sorry I couldn’t buy anything because I don’t take money with me on hikes. After chatting for a bit about the bistro she graciously complimentary gave me a whole wheat cranberry muffin…which was AMAZING! I could have easily eaten a half dozen!!!!! I am so happy to have such a wonderful personally owned & operated bistro in this community! Please support this wonderful, home cooked-created menu…you will not be disappointed! Jane Coache

Once again my husband and I were able to revisit this quaint, cozy hidden gem. Lanka, the owner, is welcoming, sweet & an awesome creator of delicious eclectic fares using the freshest of ingredients. We had brunch here on 7/29/24 on our way home from a hiking weekend in the white mountains. We have been here multiple times when in the area and are always impressed with Lanka’s creations! I had a very lean pastrami sandwich with a smooth cheddar cheese on a toasted everything bagel with a side of Dijon mustard & iced mocha coffee. My husband had the four scrambled eggs with capicola and spinach and a croissant on the side. DELICIOUS! I bought a blueberry scone to go. It was filled with plump, fresh blueberries. It is not easy to decide what to order because everything looks tempting! Lanka was making Key Lime pies with homemade crust when we left( one of my favorites) I wish I could have stayed and observed her. I hope one day she will offer cooking/baking lessons. This Bistro is a must! Thank you Lanka!...

HANDS DOWN THE BEST BLUEBERRY SCONE & PEACH BERRY PIE I'VE EVER HAD! You haven't had fantastic authentic European baked goods until you've tried this adorable little place! Out of this world amazing! Everything was extremely fresh AND INCORPORATED massive amounts of FRESH FRUIT OR VEGETABLES. Well worth every single penny! The baked goods were perfectly sweetened! Unlike the U.S baked goods that are too sweet, these baked goods have the perfect amount of healthy fruit and sugar! The fruit inside was so fresh, delicious & juicy! I wish this place had locations everywhere! This place proves that you don't need 100 lb of sugar to have delicious sweets! & it makes you wonder why the US ever decided to do it the way they do theirs! We've been eating all wrong and this place will show you...

If you want fast food of questionable flavor, go to a burger drive through. If you want to sit and enjoy excellent fare in a leisurely manner, do not pass by the Copper Pot Bistro. When the four of us stopped for lunch we all had a different desire. One had a Black Forest Panini, one had Chili, one had a breakfast sandwich and one had her own big bite sandwich which over whelmed her. The owner was the counter person, the cook and the waiter. Each dish was given her personal attention and all delicious in their own unique way. Although not every meal arrived simultaneously, they came close enough for us. No complaints as she did a great job on her own. Did I mention the best meal of the many great meals we had in...
