Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Carrollton

I feel like I should only give them 1 star, but Im giving it 2 stars because I've been here quite a few times and they get my order right during the day. I went there around 7pm a few weeks ago, and I ordered me and my friend the new A1 steak burger combo each with a blizzard. I live about 30 minutes away from there, and I got back home opened up the bag and we had 1 set of fries for the 2 combos, and we had 1 of the A1 burgers, and 1 small cheeseburger. So I called them, (again keep in mind I live 30 minutes away from there) and they told me VERY RUDELY that they had my burger sitting there on the counter and I could come back and get it if I wanted to...I told them I lived quite a distance away, and that I couldn't make it back that night. And they said there was nothing else they could do if I didn't come back that evening to get a burger that would be sitting on their counter for over an hour minimum by the time I got back there and hung up the phone on me. So yes, I only give them 2 stars because the day shift Is very friendly, but night shift needs to be retrained on how to talk and deal with customers WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES THAT ADMITTEDLY MESSED UP THE ORDER!!! NOT...

I'll just edit this to make it clear what my issues were. I have a 4 year old with autism that just wanted some bbq strips and had a meltdown because we had to get fries with them. It shouldn't be that hard to toss 3 strips in sauce instead of 4. Whatever, but when there's a child with special needs having a crisis, don't stare/mock him. He clearly doesn't talk at 4 and is not just being a brat. I could hear what was being said and it breaks my heart every day for my son to get this, not just fom his peers, but grown teenagers. The food wasn't terrible, just not hot so i gave you 3 stars which is more than i feel the location deserves but I'm going to assume there are some decent employees somewhere on...

This was the burger that my boyfriend ate. We were eating in the car and it was dark out. We got there an hour before close. We ordered a cheeseburger meal (includes fries and a drink, he had Coke), a large order of cheese curds, a side order of one piece of Texas toast and a cup of gray, a medium girl scout cookie, thin mint blizzard, and a banana split. It was over $!+and 30 and we were fine with that. We went overboard but we were very polite and they were not bad. But this burger is UNACCEPTABLE! I gave a 5 🌟 review last time because they finally had people who could make blizzards. Well that doesn't matter if you have to worry about food poisoning. If he gets sick...
