Best China Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Cartersville

The food there is okay, but I will have to say the little boy working there is extremely rude and acts like he does not want to be there. He is rude on the phone and rude in person. I really don't like ordering there, but it's the only Chinese place close to where I live. I ordered Chinese from there last night, because I was in the mood for some take out food, but got a little disturbed while I was waiting for my food and wanted to share with other people out there. If you order for delivery, if you can please try to pay with cash. I was sitting at the front waiting for my food and the little boy was taking a delivery order and getting the customers card number for payment and was slowly repeating every single number out loud where I can hear it. I'm looking at him like hey are you kidding me, you are gonna say someone credit card number out loud. That's a good way for someone to get credit card fraud. I'm sorry this review is long, but just wanted to help other customers and let them know not to give credit card numbers over the phone. If you hear the boy repeating it stop him or ask for...

Absolutely awful!! While ordering the person who answered the phone kept putting the phone down to deal with her child, then handed the phone off to a man who also put the phone multiple times. I ordered my food and my partners food. The man had a hard time understanding basic chinese food. Finally was able to get the man on the phone to repeat back the order only to discover only half of the order was delivered. The driver made no attempt to correct the mistake besides a simple oops on her face. They did charge for the whole order. I do understand Friday night and being busy, however I don't understand him repeateding the order and then only half of the order showing up. The order was very basic, nothing complicated by any means. Maybe they should concentrate on their customer service instead of their child. Good luck y'all, hopefully what hppened with me...

While the Mongolian Beef and General Tso's plates are excellent here, the service is terrible. First time for sit down service the young man asked what I wanted to drink. (Without menus) I asked the very rude young man what they had for drinks. He looked right over me to my husband and asked him "What to drink?". The remainder of the meal he refused to speak to or serve me, or acknowledge my presence! He is disrespectful to take-out customers. He often sets orders to the side or ignores them until the lady owner finds them or has customers asking her where their food is. He is so rude over the phone. I have witnessed him hanging up on people mid-order. He overcharged us the last two times we've been there. I will not be back!! I'll pay more and drive father to go to Mr. Eggroll...
