Fries are always burnt to a crisp, and the staff are constantly trying to rush your order even though I'm only ordering one meal, not like I'm ordering for an entire football team. And this last time was the final time I'm going to eat here because after using the mobile app for the first time nobody there even seemed to know there was an app or at least weren't trained to know anything about it, the manager (I'm assuming she was the manager here) proceeds to take my phone from my hands and starts to go through the whole app behind the counter and then says for me to pretty much figure it out on my own and leaves. Then once I do figure it out I made a mistake and placed an order at the wrong location, which was my bad really, but there was no need to laugh at me while I was leaving the way she did... Maybe I'm actually being a Karen here but idk I felt disrespected. I do enjoy Wendy's they've got decent deals and I don't expect much from fast food but I really don't enjoy it when I have to pick out maybe 5 or 6 good fries from a large order that aren't dry aged for years it seems and when I'm laughed at by anyone for that matter....
ย ย ย Read moreI ordered breakfast this morning 5/28/24 @ 7:48am at wendys on charley harper in cartersville. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and seasoned potatoes. I ate the potatoes as i was driving to work. Once i was at work i started eatimg my biscuit and i felt something stringy as i was biting in to it. I thought it was cheese but it was a hair. How disgusting ! I called back and asked for a manager and this girl gets on the phone who wouldn't give me her name but claimed to be a manager. She then passed the phone to someone named Jason who also claimed to be a manager. They didn't apologize for the hair in my food or for my inconvenience. All he said was we can replace the sandwich. Why would i want another one from the same location. A refund would have been better. Im leaving a review because my issue wasn't resolved and the service was terrible. I would not recommend this location to anyone!...
ย ย ย Read moreA dozen nats at the drink station and dirty tables ruined it for me. Addition for 1/29/24 visit. CSR was rude and made it clear she didn't care. Guest at counter were discussing how she must not like her job. Remains 2 stars. Restaurant was cleaner than last visit. 2/8 update. Where is Nicole? After the staff couldnt find her to take my order for five minutes she comes out of the bathroom and washes her hands for a few seconds. She takes one other order then disappears outside. I watch the customer sit for 4-5 minutes while staff is saying "she isnt in the freezer or the office" The CSR at the front counter here always seems to be the worst person to be working in hospitality. 2/16 update. Morning service is perfect...
