De Kalb Market — Restaurant in Carthage

Kim Agee was absolutely very verbally rude to me during my visit this morning. I was only trying to figure out the coffee machine and the type of roast I needed . I did leave a spot or two maybe 3 of coffee on the counter in which she was talking very unprofessionally about me to a fellow employee Y. S. I overheard it because as she was talking loudly I couldn’t t help from Hearing how I had made just such a mess and left it …. Well I apologize, I was gonna wipe it up when I was finished but,I was literally still standing there making coffee . In closing - I cleaned up my mess because I am CERTAIN they don’t pay Kim enough to do that so it was taken Care of . I never expected anyone to clean behind me to begin with . Had I have left and not cleaned up after myself - the comment would have been warranted. I also heard her behind the counter doing what a Typical mouthy person does when employees are feeding them ( mgrs)info that I brought to the employees attention earlier when I couldn’t figure out the coffee machine . So , I spoke in a tone where Manager Kim could hear me say that I had no intention of leaving a few small spots for her to wipe up as I’m CERTAIN she don’t get paid enough to do . If I could give 5 NEGATIVE stars ⭐️ for a rating I would . I forgot how these small minded petty people are .Geez …… Kim Agee I hope that you have a better day . Have a ☕️ on me !
