Dunkin' — Restaurant in Carver

Great People and Great service. No one can be happy 100% of the time but they are very close- We need to remember that things go wrong for them as well , so be more compassionate and aware . They are not robots. The on the go app works great! each time i use it . 99% with a smile ,an interest and ordering correctly - if its not right or something tastes funny ,They WILL fix it at no charge. Most know my name and my order. I also spend more than 10 mins there just relaxing from my crazy world - Its a win win for me...

The ladies are ALWAYS so pleasant when I go in there. It doesn't even matter to me that there is no drive threw. There are probably 3 other Dunkins with drive ups within 5 miles and even if I am going to go by one with a drive up, I stop at this one in South Carver instead!! I was in there is morning at about 10:00, they were having a rush so there was a line, I still was greeted with a smile, still was asked how I was today, they still got my order right AND, I left, as always with a smile. Love...

Since they have gotten a new store manager, things have really gone off the rails. I stopped going in the morning. It's always hit or miss. They can't make a mocha latte correctly. I've gotten a few that we totally made wrong and just plain gross. Can't order a cup of hot chocolate with the app, but can order a box. App now says oatmilk isn't an option. Thank goodness for the afternoon staff. I can at least get a good beverage at the...
