I would give a zero star rating if possible. Carver county residents please do not support this place. We got here at 7:25, it closes at 8. We stood in line were the next people in line at 8:03 with 15 people inline after us. The gen z’er, Ian came out and told us that he could not serve us due to law. Show me the law that states that. Let’s be honest you are lazy. If you are not going to serve people come out and tell them, don’t make them wait then tell them. Please carver county, let’s stand together and not support people that run low customer service businesses. Update: I got the response in the photo from the owner. They do not care about ruining a customer’s experience on Mother’s Day. They want the customers to discreetly manage their business. What they care about is that I posted a bad review about a real experience. They want the customer’s to coach their employees and not let anyone else know how they run their business. Had our 1st visit there last night and the ice cream was delicious. My husband dropped his cell phone outside the store and someone was kind enough to turn it it. Thank you to the good Samaritan and thanks to the ice cream girls for answering the phone when we called it and letting us know where it was. Great staff, great ice cream and great people that still do the right thing. Very blessed. Will definitely be returning for...

Found this place on complete accident and I've clearly been missing out. That was the best ice cream EVER, and they have AMAZING waffle cones. Plus, the people in there are super sweet. (I wish I knew their names, one girl was blonde and the other was brunette today) but they were so nice. Also the person with brunette hair told me that the Espresso Oreo was their favorite and I see why....
