We recently hosted an event “A celebration of Life” of a loved one at Centregreen Café and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the very first interaction, the owners were incredibly attentive and compassionate, ensuring that every detail was meticulously looked after.

With over 70 guests in attendance, the café managed to provide an environment that was both intimate and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly honored our loved one's memory. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and catered to a variety of dietary preferences, leaving everyone impressed and satisfied.

The team at Centregreen Café went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on celebrating and remembering. We are deeply grateful for their exceptional service and the kindness they showed us during such a meaningful occasion.

Every one of our guests had a wonderful time, and we could not have asked for a better place to hold this special event. Thank you Centregreen Café for making our day so memorable...

CentreGreen Café is truly a hidden gem in Cary! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the excellent customer service—the staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The café itself is spotlessly clean, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

The food is outstanding—everything is incredibly fresh and handmade with care. I tried the White Pizza, the Falafel Wrap, and their refreshing Hibiscus Tea, and all were absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The Hibiscus Tea was the perfect complement to the meal—light, flavorful, and refreshing.

If you’re looking for a great spot for a fresh, flavorful meal with top-notch service, I highly recommend CentreGreen Café. Whether you’re in the area or just passing through, this place is definitely worth a...

This place does not deserve 5 stars. I ordered online and was so excited to see they had a gluten free option for a breakfast croissant sandwich. I haven't had a croissant in years! To my dismay, I received a breakfast sandwich with very generic, untoasted, flavorless gluten bread that I could have purchased at Costco. Looking past the croissant-less bread, my sandwich tasted like soap and grease. The only redeeming factor was that the bacon was crispy. In addition I requested for a latte with oat milk or any non dairy substitute, only to get a call saying that they don't carry any non-dairy milk. This is unheard of for a restaurant in this day in age to not even carry soy, almond or lactose free milk.....

TLDR: everything was mid and my food...

My only gripe is that the hours were misleading. I came for a business trip and thought I'd stop here on the way to the airport. Came around 10:45 and the place was deserted. If Google Maps had the right hours listed, I would've come here earlier or gone elsewhere. Parking in this area is also near impossible. Can't comment on the food or service. The menu does look interesting.
