Placed an online order a little after 8:00 pm to pick up. Received the confirmation email saying it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. When we pulled up, there was a line at the drive thru that went into and around the parking lot. We parked in front to wait for our order to be ready. The email I received had directions to go inside and get our order from the portal and gave the 3 number code. I also had the tracker pulled up to monitor when the order was ready. I got the notification with the instructions to go inside and get the food out of the portal with a 3 digit code. I headed in, but the door was locked. I knocked, but no one acknowledged me. That's when I noticed a sign on the door that "Drive Thru Only." So I got back in the car and got in the drive thru line. At this point I was only mildly irritated that we hadn't been made aware of this beforehand and had already wasted time sitting in the parking lot when we could have been waiting in line. After another 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru line, I was very angry. As we got closer to the pick up window, I could see in the store and see my food sitting in the portal, with my name on the screen above it. There were also at least 4 people "working" inside. I don't know why with that many people working, they couldn't leave the door open and have someone manning the front, but instead let the drive thru line get that long. When we finally got to the pick up window (and after getting another reminder email that my food was ready and to head inside to pick it up from the portal), I let the woman know how annoyed I was at having to wait so long to get my food. She proceeded to argue with me that when I ordered online I was told it was drive thru only. I had the tracker and the emails right there on my phone saying otherwise, but she continued to argue with me and had quite the attitude. When I finally told her I would just like to get my food and told her my name, she acted like she didn't hear me and started asking questions like what I ordered and what my last name was, even though I could clearly see on the portal screen it was under my first name, and then said, "Oh, it is in the portal. What is the three digit code?" Really!?! Just give me my friggin' food already!!! I shouldn't have to give you the number since I am not getting the food myself. Knowing she was just messing with me just made me even angrier. We had our puppy with us and she was getting quite restless at this point since she had now been sitting in the back seat for 50 minutes. She stuck her head out of my window and barked once. I reached up and pushed her back and told her to be quiet. The woman in the pick up window that was "waiting" on us said, "Oh, now you're letting your dog bark at me!!" I just looked at her and said, "I did not order her to do that. Can you just get my food that I have already paid for and waited more than enough time for." At this point, I was becoming irate. She then closed the window and walked away. It then took 2 1/2 minutes for her bring our food to the window. I know it took that long because I was so irritated, I was just staring at the clock. Two and a half minutes to get food that was 2 step away from her in the portal. I couldn't see what she was doing, so who knows? Maybe she was tampering with our food. When she finally came back I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. She just kept saying it was Little Caesars. When I tried to look around her to get another workers attention, she slammed the window shut and locked it and walked away. She was older/middle age with dark hair thay was in a braid. Seeing these other bad reviews, many about the same issues I had (and some as old as a year or more showing its an ongoing issue) and how they either can't get ahold of a manager or get the same attitude from the manager makes me wonder how they stay open and why they are so busy. Are there so few options here that people don't care about horrible customer service? We will never go back to...

I’ve had amazing experiences with Little Caesars and most every location I order from. Not this one. Every single time I order at this location something is missing, wrong, the food looks awful (a bunch of crust or not enough sauce or cheese to cover), or the workers just have horrible attitude.
The last straw which will make me never come back to this one again was today I ordered from the app as I was driving home cause I was in a hurry to get to home from work to watch the Thursday night game which was already playing. I get to the store and put in my code just for the sauce to be missing so I sat there and waited patiently for 10 minutes with the pizza box in my hand (tip: if someone is standing there still with their order already in their hand you should probably check on them asap) trying to wait so I could ask somebody to get me my missing sauce. One person was at the Drive thru window and 2 more were in the back but at least 4 teenagers were having a high school courtyard gossip session off to the other side of the store and multiple of them saw me and didn’t do anything to check on me. So after 10 full minutes of waiting as my pizza got cold and the Thursday night football kept playing while I was stuck there in the lobby and not watching it and eating, I got tired of waiting and I grabbed one of the sauces right there behind the counter and the redhead woman worker at the window yelled at me asking what I was doing. I said “getting my sauce since nobody else here is going to.” To which she replied “sir we are extremely busy as you can see so you need to be patient” (there was 1 car at the drive through who she was conversing with and 2 people in the lobby who had already ordered) I left before I started a screaming match with her because I had waited 10 minutes already even though my order was an online order which you’d think should just be a walk in put the code in and grab the pizza and then walk out kind of deal but no. All I have to say to that bad attituded worker at the window is maybe if you hit my order complete from the beginning then I wouldn’t have to exercise my patience while the teenagers gossip and don’t do any work while my...

Received our pizza which was cold and hard, I order cheese crazy puffs received cold greasy pepperoni. The cheese pizza was so cold it had started to get hard around the edges. The pepperoni was cold and greasy. I called toilet the manager know how Terrible the pizza was and that I was not expecting anything free in return that I would like my food that I am paying for to be got and ready to eat. Didn't get any customer concern about they service I received. I don't usually write reviews but this was really un acceptable un professional food service. I can see why they have less than a 3.5 review rati g. They will never have to worry about my business anymore I will gladly go the extra 3-4 miles to get a hot and ready pizza. There is really no rating for you if I could give you a -0 I would. Customer service is very important in an establishment. Sometimes you tend to forget returning customers are happy customer's which helps your business grow. A smile and pride in the way your customer received there order is worth a million. True you can't make everyone happy BUT... that should not take away from your loyalty to your customers. Have a fantastic day. I am that non-...
