My recent experience at Subway was highly disappointing due to the horrendous customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had little interest in providing a pleasant dining experience. The employees were inattentive, unfriendly, and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers.
When I finally placed my order, the server was visibly impatient and rushed through the process. They made several mistakes with my sandwich, and when I politely asked for corrections, I was met with sighs and eye rolls. The ingredients looked far from fresh, and the overall presentation of the sandwich was sloppy and unappetizing.
To make matters worse, the store was unclean. Tables were not wiped down, and there was trash on the floor. The beverage station was sticky, and several of the drink options were out of stock. Despite these issues, the staff made no effort to improve the situation or address customer concerns.
Overall, this visit to Subway was an unpleasant experience marred by poor customer service and subpar food quality. It’s disappointing to see such a well-known chain fail so significantly in these basic areas. I will be avoiding this location in the future and would advise others to...
Read moreHave to say, this is the worst subway I have been to.. we waited 6 mins after ringing bell for service only to ask the gas station attendant to go get the subway associate. She was polite but didn't do things the subway way.. asked for a honey mustard chicken sub and a steak and cheese wrap and she moved the measure scoops out of the way and grabbed a handful of meat and slapped it on the tortilla and same with the sub. Had to tell her we wanted the meat toasted w cheese but not the bread/tortilla. She didnt ask the usual questions: (would you like it toasted? Would you like toppings toasted with the meat? Would you like the bread toasted too?) All things we've been asked at other subways.. Got that straightened out and asked for toppings and she was off on most everything. I asked for 1 line baja Chipotle and got 2 lines. Asked for 1 line creamy siracha and got 3 lines, asked for 4 jalapeños and they ended up on half the wrap. Anyway, we got home and tried to eat it and broke out in a sweat in the first 2 bites.. I like some heat but this wrap had me on fire and I couldn't get past 4 bites. Sorry to say I won't be back to this location and I really hope subway or the location owner makes some changes or implements...

The order clearly states extra lettuce and no tomato. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE MAIN INGREDIENT IN A SALAD??? Of course I tried to call the store, the phone number listed is not valid. Attempted to locate a number off the actual subway website, provides the same number, and then as my luck would have it, they closed at 9pm. I should know better than to order from here because every time I do, the order is screwed up. It isn't that hard. The order slip tells you exactly what to put on it. So now I sit here with a salad that isn't really a salad, I am out the $12 and there is no "customer service" phone number or anywhere to go to file a complaint.
