520 Auto provides poor, unprofessional communication. I had been in contact with them for a week trying to get clear information regarding a service that I was looking for. They failed to set clear expectations and then continued to message me back to 'prove' that they were 'right' regarding this.
I told them that I had one day to do this and wanted a same day install. Other than telling me an appointment was needed, no clear details were provided to set this up or to confirm whether that was even possible for them. When I reached back out today, I was met with unhelpful responses of 'we told you this'.. clearly, not clearly enough, as I still continued to have questions.. to which the responder stated that they replied to me after hours - which was THEIR choice, none of my messages were urgent or required immediate reply.. but somehow that...

We noticed right off that the radio was not coming in real good, but we continued on home (probably just normal interference), however the next day my husband couldn't get even our local station to come in, so he called 520 Audio and the first thing the guy says is "SO ARE YOU CALLING ABOUT THAT RADIO"?--- Sooo he already knew it was not working before he called us to pick it up???? He also messed up the mic on the bluetooth so that nobody can hear us. We spent over $700.00 for this guy to do shoddy work, we can only assume to get more money to "fix" his mistakes! I had gone to a big box shop before calling him and after calling him he had talked me through all the possible outcomes (which is way more than the big box shop had done) he looked at my car and solved the problem within a day. Had great communication and he fixed my car for significantly less than I was quoted from the other shop. The other shop got my diagnosis wrong and Clayton went through and checked everything in my car and actually addressed the problem. Explained everything really well and checked up on me after. Will definitely be only calling him for anything to do with my car...
