Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Cascade Charter Township

Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks, an hour and 10 minutes before the time we wanted to pick up the pizza. I waited 20 minutes! Ordered garlic sauce with it, they didn't mention it so I asked if it was in there. They said they were out, but could mix up butter and garlic if I wanted. Didn't offer a refund or anything. They offered me a 2 liter for waiting so long. If I would have wanted a 2 liter I would have purchased one when I ordered my pizza. This isn't the first time this has happened. I've placed an order with this Jet's location twice and both times this has been my experience. I would not suggest this location to anyone. I live 5 minutes from this location but moving forward if we chose Jet's again, I'll be driving the extra 15 minutes to the next...

I'm sick.

After eating a piece while driving home, I noticed the pizza tasted mildly like vomit. The cheese was sour and the sauce was watery so much so that the crust was soggy. When I picked the pizza I was told some of the employees walked out, so I had to wait for the pizza to be made. I realize now that they altered the food.

Please don't do this people. It is not funny or cool. Yes, customers can be mean and it was a very hot day. Now I have to live life knowing someone had me eat toilet water, urine or worse. I'm not sure who your target was, but I'm a new mom and trauma nurse. I was not trying to inconvenience anyone by buying pizza.

To be fair, I don't order normal sized pizzas from here. My preferred menu option here is their lunch special. You can't go wrong to get your Jet's Pizza fix than ordering the lunch combo that is two large slices of pepperoni pizza (equal to almost 4 pieces of the normal deep dish pizza). Just remember to call 15 minutes ahead of time to ask them if they have them ready.

This location has always been helpful in person, over the phone and on deliveries. Would be happy to keep hitting them up every couple weeks for a quick lunch.
