The Refinery at Three Crowns — Restaurant in Casper

I rarely post anything negative, but this was a horrible experience from beginning to end. They are apparently under new management. it was a special occasion so we invited friends. Only had one waitress and there were four tables with just a few people. She was so busy that the bartender took our order, out of five of us two orders came out wrong. When the food was served, two of us were missing half of our meal. We had to ask the waitress about the other half of our meal. She said the cook was cooking it which was apparently not true at all. The other half of our meal came out at dessert time. It seems the waitress and the cook neither one knew the menu and we didn’t get what was listed on the menu. Then their charge card machine wouldn’t work and we ended up having our guests pay our whole bill because they had cash and we didn’t. I’m hoping they get their crap together and we’ll try again in a month or so and I’ll remove this post if things get better. Understaffed or need to find more attentive staff with some hustle. Very poor service and S L O W service. When we had someone join us neither of the girls noticed and we were sitting at the bar right in their faces. But we had to ask if he would like a drink as the staff never did. Food was just ok. Not impressed with the presentation. Do not order a draft beer as it doesn’t come cold. The place is beautiful and could be a great atmosphere with the right people in place. But for a brand new remodel you would think they would’ve created storage or space for their drink wear.
