Did the tasting tour it is a very short tour of the facility one or our party did not drink and for your tour you receive a drink token for a free drink at the bar. We asked for a coke no rum and they refused to honor the token for the non alcoholic drink ! Poor customer service and staff was rude about a person that does not want to drink , also the facility had exterior portable bathrooms that were being serviced and not operational , crazy for a company this big. We travel these industries across the globe and must say that Puerto Rico’s tourism industry at this facility was a real disappointment . A total contrast is the Bourbon industry in the USA Kentucky. Bacardí although an old company could learn about guest relations and facility tourism from the Kentucky Bourbon industry. Would not recommend the Bacardí tour … Save your money and tour...

Shoutout to Christian (our guide) for the best tour my boyfriend and I have ever been on! Do the Mixology tour because you actually get to see the distillery tanks, whereas you don’t on the historical tour. We got lucky and we were the only ones on our tour so we got a completely private tour- Christian said it’s common if you do this on a week day. I learned so much about their rum and the price is honestly worth it for the mixology tour! You get 5 drinks total in the end and the tour is $60. Plus you get the fun of learning how to make a REAL mojito and have a full on tour of the property. This is the head quarter of Bacardi. You can come in from the main entrance. First you may think if I may drive to get here, but no problem. Kind security staff let you know where to park. Inside near visiter center you can get free parking. Good reception visitor center there. You have to buy a ticket for public tour. It includes a glass of alcohol and original glass!!!!
