I can't start to tell you why this place is one of my favorite experiences of Puerto Rico. We came here for a friend's birthday. She actually chose the place, and it was a wow from seeing the mountains to the view, and the place everything is so beautiful and neat. She was afraid of the results, but nobody had a specific expectation of what this was going to be, and when up and beyond, I will recommend everything from the food to the service. All the servers are very attentive, and it adds up the idea of the chefs coming up to your table and explaining what they have built to make this concept. Also, the servers are very acknowledged of what they have in their menu, so they will explain to you what is in the courses or drinks they served along with their own experiences or preferences within the product they're presenting to you. As a server myself, I always enjoy when the staff have pride in what they do, and you can see their passion for the excitement to show you new things and delight your senses in every possible way. A 10/10 this is something you at least had to do once in your life. Didn't disappoint at all, so do you and your friend or family a favor recommending this place because it's definitely worth every single penny you spent. The location is nested in the beautiful hills south of Cayey. Note that the hacienda is not owned by those running Bohemia, rather it is rented out as part of this business model, which I found really interesting. We experienced the November 2024 menu, which included an appetizer (entrada) consisting of chorizo filled empanadas; delicious. This was followed by four main entries (cursos), the last one being a dessert. My wife and I enjoyed the food, wine, and the slow pace at which it all happened. Service is excellent. Out of all the courses, I did not experience the wow factor when eating the grilled angus. It was really good, but I had very high expectations given that the grilling is done by Argentinians in their stile. I think the combination of sun dried tomatoes and kalamata olives might need some revisitation as it added some unneeded saltiness. The cauliflower was fantastic. My wife went there on another trip and told me they served another, more refined menu, which was at another level. Check the menu out in advance on their calendar and venture off on this experience.

Food does not taste great it's just ok. For $100 per person you expect great food. Total spent was $297 with drinks (3 only). The food doesn't have much flavor, very dull in taste. Wait time is 45 min to 60 min between courses except dessert, that was about 30 min. Service was nice, nothing wow!. You are really paying for a different experience and great view of the mountains. Today's event included live music but that died quickly due to an electrical issue. Also there were 2 artists tattooing. Arrived at 1:30 pm and left at 7:30 which is how long it took to get the 5 course meal. Wouldn't return, won't recommend. It's too bad the idea is great but the execution on food isn't up to par.

I honestly did not know food could taste this good. My family and I were so impressed with how perfect this experience was. The staff was wonderful, the service amazing, the music was exquisite, the food was the perfect amount in perfect timing, as well as the most delicious food I've ever tasted, and the view... absolutely breath taking. The price for this experience was well worth it. A truly joyful and unhurried afternoon with my daughter and her partner, and we all enjoyed it immensely. We plan to do this every time we visit Puerto Rico. An exceptional experience. 10 stars!

OMG, I can’t give enough compliments to the experience I had with my family!! Food was superb (just see the pics for yourself), service left me speechless as everyone treated everyone like we were all familia and the location is the perfect balance of history and nature with a cool island vibe and the music had us bobbing our heads the entire time. Love Love Love everything about Covina Bohemia and a special shout out to Francisco and Francisca who ensured we had everything we needed!!! Thank you for making our time so memorable and enjoyable.

Excellent experience in Hacienda Lealtad in Lares, PR by Cocina Bohemia en Movimiento. Excellent ambience at this beautiful place. We had an excellent time with a group of 8. The experience is different from a regular restaurant as the time dedicated to appetizer and 4 courses is just perfect to socialize with the group and enjoy the Hacienda. Food was great but Churrasco made in an authentic 1813 oven was over the top. We want to mention a great service, specially by our main server Rodrigo but also Francisca, Nana and Francisco.
