This one is a hidden treasure! We were received by José. He was very gentle as we didn’t have reservations. Nevertheless he sat us inside the big room near the chimney. Yes! They have one! We started with an spectacular buffalo burrata with pears in red wine as recommended by Jan, one of the waiters who recommended us as it is his preferred. The fusion of flavors with the cheese and the pears was delicious. Also we tried their house cocktail made with ginger also called Delizias and was also delicious. Then Willy came in and gave us the recommendations on the risotto with ropa vieja y amarillos and the one with longaniza de cerdo. We also tried the empanadillas of baby ribs a la leña with a touch of honey. The chef mastered the flavors of salty and sweet and you will not be disappointed. We can’t decide which of the mouth watering desserts was better. The goat cheese cheesecake, the cheese custard or the pumpkin cake brazo gitano. We surely revisit this cozy place in the mountains with a natural air conditioning. 5 stars in flavor and service. These guys know how...

Excellent service, extremely good appetizers, main course, dessert, cocktails, EVERYTHING. They had only been open for 3 months as of yesterday, but I definitely have to return.
Their menu is varied from their simple brick oven (signature) pizza to more sofisticated Italian pieces. The gnocchi appetizer was extremely good and only made me more eager for dinner. Also tried one tamarind mojito, which was made with juice extract (nonsyrup). Needless to say, the regular mojito we tried was also on point.
They are definitely interested in making you have the best experience possible, and it shows. Staff, from servers to chef, have the best possible attitude and ability to make you feel pleased in all aspects of your visit.
Oh, and wait until you see the views......
Read moreThe trip up the winding mountain road to Delizias a Leña is well worth it. The place itself is very spacious and pretty, all surrounded by lush vegetation. If the day is clear, the view can the terrace is spectacular. If the day is cloudy, as it was during our last visit, it’s still lovely and very cozy. All the food is good and tasty, well presented and abundant. However, the most exceptional feature about this restaurant is the fantastic service. Attention is quick and efficient , and the servers are very friendly, and eager to please. Everyone smiles and makes you feel welcome. Highly recommended. Reservations are required. The place fills up, and for...
