Title: Disappointing Experience with Serious Aftereffects

We recently visited El Burrito Loco as a party of eight, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. While the service and atmosphere were passable—average at best—the food was a major letdown.

The flavors were bland, the ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and overall, the dishes lacked any redeeming qualities. Worse yet, just a few hours after dining, every single one of us experienced severe stomach issues that lasted for two days. It’s hard to ignore the correlation when the symptoms were so widespread among our group.

El Burrito Loco not only failed to deliver on taste but also left us regretting our visit due to the aftermath. I’d advise others to proceed with caution—or better yet, find another...

El Burrito Loco, or as my friends like to call it El Long John's, is the Mexican restaurant that took the place of the old Long John Silvers / A&W restaurant here in Richlands, and it's our new favorite Mexican restaurant. We have had consistently good service in the six or so visits we've had since opening, and the quality of our food has been consistently excellent. Large enough portions to split (or not!) with freshly prepared ingredients and average wait times make for a good dinner venue, and their salsa is one of our favorites with a good blend of spice and cilantro. (We prefer less chunky salsa, theirs is the perfect consistency for us). With good prices, excellent food, and consistent service, this restaurant deserves every 5...

Came to buy a large cheese dip. First of all, $9.00 for a large cheese dip is outrages. 2nd, it comes with nothing! Last time I got chips and salsa to go with it. Don't know what's going on, but in Georgia you can get a large cheese dip with salsa and two bags of chips for only $7 and change...which I always give $8. I will NEVER be back to this place nor will my friends and family. Chips and salsa are suppose to be FREE! So, if I had came in with my mother and ordered just cheese then we would get salsa and chips...to go with it. I want the manager to reply to this please so we can...
