Unfortunately I felt the need to write this review, because I LOVE Subway - my husband and I eat it whenever we are on the road, it is our go to food. This Subway however, is absolute crap and obviously that is largely accredited to the people they have working there. The guy who was making our sandwich (May 30th) seemed to hate his job and care very little about the quality of his product. He would make obvious sigh sounds and drop ingredients on the floor because of improper food handling (I've seen it done properly soo many times given the number of times I've eaten at multiple Subways). I asked for cheese only on one side, he put it on both. I then asked for olives and jalapenos again on "one side only please" and he put it on both... these are very common requests from me at Subway and no one else seemed to have problems understanding it. Then he sighed when I asked him if he could wrap it separately... again not an uncommon request - in fact many subways just do it without asking and normally I don't care but this time thought it would be easier for my husband to eat it while we drove if we both had our own wrapped. I've worked in service - I don't care if you are having a bad day, don't spread that to your customers. Go in the back and do some deep breathing, take a break then come back and do your job. Also, the girl at the register... why wasn't she helping him make the sandwiches instead of just taking the money?! I felt only slightly bad for the guy because he was doing the majority of the work between them. Bad management and under-achieving...
Read moreFeb 16, 2017. About 9:30am. Male employee (possibly the manager) was friendly but seemingly unaware of how far his voice carries. When talking to the customer in line in front of me this male employee's booming voice made it difficult to hear or give my order to the female (blonde ponytail/hoarse voiced) employee. She appeared to be sick. Both were professional and friendly otherwise.
I ordered the pizza with pepperoni, onions, green peppers and tomatoes. When the female employee brought out my pizza crust, it was broken in two. Not halfway down the middle but 1/3 and 2/3 sizes. I was not given the option to decide if I wanted this particular crust. I would have chosen one that was unbroken if I'd been asked if the broken one was acceptable. I didn't like that I wasn't asked.
I might try this Subway one more time as I pass by four times a week. But I'm not going to wait to be asked next time. The female employed lied to me when I asked that the pizza be cut along the broken edge so that the slice wouldn't fall apart. She interrupted me and said "That's what I did!" No....
Read moreSierra R. Please leave this job if you hate it. You sighed when I asked you to change gloves after touching the door, thermometer, and touch screen WITH THEM ON. You sighed. And then when you put the wrong vegetables on when I ordered you huffed and puffed again.
If you have a bad attitude go work somewhere where you won’t.
I as a customer have the expectations that every employee would do their best to contribute to your comps standards. When I asked you to follow the health protocol and subway standard of changing your gloves that was a big ordeal. Imagine what you other protocols you break. Visited around...
