It's not often that I take the time write reviews, but I was struck by HOW AWESOME this Domino's Pizza is. We work with a youth group and this Domino's is our go-to for quick and easy food that is of great quality for a crowd. The pizza is always hot, fresh, AND delicious and the customer service is the best I've EVER seen it at a quick-service/takeout/fast food establishment... and most restaurants.
Last night we ordered 8 pizzas to be ready at a specific time. They were ready and they were perfect. The customer service from the girl behind the counter was awesome: she was cheery and answerred my questions with a sweet smile (even though the answer was "no" due to policy- which I totally understand and respect). The gentleman who offered to help me to my car continued the great service. He came from the back to offer AND politely asked if he could move some jackets in my backseat so they weren't crushed by pizzas. He could have just shoved them over unceremoniously but he didn't. Above and beyond.
Last night I walked out with a smile on my face and slightly baffled at how good their customer service is every time I go in there, even when they are massively busy. Their leadership is doing 8 million things right at this...
Read moreI love Domino’s pizza, but this location has really gone downhill. I’m now planning to drive to a different store—even if it’s farther—because the experience at this one just isn’t worth it anymore. The staff was snippy today, and they constantly mess up our order.
I usually order the “Extravaganzza” and simply ask for ham and mushrooms on the left side, and bell peppers on the right. It’s not a complicated request, but they almost always end up putting everything on the same side. As someone who’s worked in fast food, I know the order ticket prints out exactly what’s requested—so it’s either not being read or just ignored.
This location used to be reliable, but the service and attention to detail have...
Read moreDon't judge a book by its cover. This Domino's looks sketchy in its home in the old run down strip in Cedar Park, but the management and staff are awesome. Alana has been the general manager for years at this store and she runs a tight shop. The customer service is great, everyone is friendly, and they deliver so fast they make Jimmy John's look like Papa John's, lol. And of course Domino's has the best pizza out of the big chains IMO, unless you want tiny hamburgers for your crust or some stupid BS like that, then you'll have to consult Pizza the Hut. PJ's and Gatti's though, to quote Kevin, are like eating a hot circle of garbage,...
