Mulligan's Pub — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

We’ve been going to Mulligans for years and the service has slumped to a new time low. Went there last night about 8:30 and it took ten minutes to get waited on because there wasn’t a bartender or servers in the place! When someone finally showed up it felt like we were inconveniencing them when they took our order. When we finished our beers and set the empties on the end of our table we still didn’t get waited on or asked if we needed more and had to call the server over to get another beer. If it was busy I might give them a little leeway but there was only one other table with six people at it. To go along with that their Happy Hour prices are now more expensive then normal...

Ok cheeseburger basket special is $6 because all the ingredients are cheaper, crappy fast food fries, thin burger. Management comped the burger but then argued its only cheaper than the normal burgers because they use cheap ingredients, so don't be surprised when you get a fast food burger! Then why is it a special, you only serve your crappy cheap food sometimes, oh man I wish it was all the time, not!! Such BS. He goes, just give us one more chance, this is our 4th time back there, we should learn. ONLY DRINK HERE, DO NOT EAT THE FOOD......

Staff was rude and disrespectful plus it’s overpriced for subpar food. Our table of 4 ordered beers at last call but didn’t get our beers until 15 minutes later. We were minding our own business finishing our beers that we PAID for but then they proceeded to force us out the door and their bartender Tiffany screaming at us to get out right at closing time.
