This ice cream shop was my first "big girl" job. It taught me a lot of things about myself and it also made me grow as an individual. The owners of this shop are incredible people who give people more than enough chances even if they don't deserve it. I still have so much love for this ice cream shop and the individuals who run it. I enjoyed the ice cream they have there. It's not the most scenic place in the world to sit and get ice cream, you have other businesses around you but the ice cream is good. I got a root beer float, my other half got a Sunday, and my kids got soft serve one with sprinkles one with cotton candy hand dip I believe. Been coming here a while. Quality has gone down since the new owners took over. The prices are high for small portions. I paid “extra” for a true medium sized two scoop waffle cone as opposed to two smaller scoops. It came out SMALLER than the regular small my wife got. Plus their waffle cones are a joke. Store bought paper wrapped. Their ice cream is tasty though. I rather go to Shorty’s Ice Cream in Ensley Center where their portions are huge and they make their own delicious...
