Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Centennial

I went to Papa Murphy's yesterday to buy a $10 pizza. I had been trying to download their app so many times and was not able to do it at home. So when I went there for $10 Tuesday the store was hopping and really busy. Leo took the time to walk me through on how to download the app. I also discovered that the little sign up thing at the bottom of the receipt was inaccurate and that is why I was not able to download it myself. I always come to this Papa Murphy's. Both of the guys were really nice. One of the guys acted as if he could care less and refuse to help me with downloading the app so this is why I'm reaching out and saying thank you to Leo for taking the time out of your very busy night to help me. The female manager is always so incredibly nice and helpful I apologize I cannot remember...

I have to say that I love Papa Murphy's Pizza. but when I walked into this Papa Murphy's it made me very upset that I had to wait 5 minutes to even be acknowledged to pick up my paid for pizza and if I didn't grab the guy making pizzas when he gave another customer a pizza he would not have even acknowledged that I was there to pick up a pizza he would have went about his way. I saw six people making pizzas and not one of them said hello or gave I contact when I walked in the door. when I stood at the register where you're supposed to pick up your paid for pizzas and nobody said anything about how they could help me. it's really bad when you're in the customer service business and yet the customer has to ask for the service when she walks in this is why they get two stars their customer...

April 2024. Still the best gig in town for tween schedules and last-minute dinners.

Before kids, pizza was for dine-out. Now, we have to look at other options, and Papa Murphy's is just fantastic! No waiting with crying or cranky kids....we usually plan well ahead and have a pie waiting to be baked at our convenience. I'll even tailor it with what we have at home.

The staff have always been nothing but pleasant, even on the phone. We've never had a bad or wrong order. We've been calling short-notice lately and still,
