Pizza Cellar — Restaurant in Center Township

There are several pizza places in this immediate area but this place stands out for a few reasons:

Customer service is personal. When I went to pick it up, the cook (I assume the owner) came out from the back to personally meet me, give me several coupons, inform me that everything was made fresh and to show me the pizza. I could tell he truly appreciated my business.

The pizza is delicious. We are an Aurelio’s (Homewood) longtime patron as far back as the 70’s and this place is now on our list. We got a sausage and green pepper and everything was fresh! I brought the pie to my Mom who confirmed this place is legit!

It’s location is right by the square. Very convenient for our family because we are ALWAYS passing through Crown Point for sports and the mall. They are directly across from the skating rink on West Street.

Not a recent customer of their pizza but what I witnessed outside their business establishment and lack of human decency... I wouldn't even try their pizza for free. I was trying to turn into the front of their business in a minivan with my 9 month old baby only for one of their pizza drivers to come flying in and turn his head while getting out of his car as I struggled to reverse a minivan around a corner with a dumpster making it impossible. He finally acknowledged me by redirecting me and telling me this was private property & police couldn't do anything. Even better, tried telling me the business was Aurelios! Called & the manager said it's not my fault I was a bad driver! The way you are treating a mother with a child in the car trying to get out safely from an unfamiliar area with lack of decency makes me question what level of service you provide to your customers. I had a pizza delivered. I was so excited after reading the wonderful reviews. It was a huge disappointment and the worst pizza I've ever had!!! First of all, it was burned. It was cooked so long that the green peppers were slimy. That aside, it had no flavor...absolutely flat tasting. I tried to "doctor it up" by adding crushed red pepper, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. None of that helped. I wanted to return it for a partial refund as I had eaten 3 pieces. I was so hungry and didn't have much in the house to eat. It's about 10 minutes from home and they don't open until 4. As a result, I was not able to get there the following 2 days.
