Smartbelly Smoothie Co — Restaurant in Center Township

Tried them twice... the service is not friendly at all. First time when I asked how it worked, the young lady didn’t offer any kind of explanation of products, just pointed to the menu and said here’s the menu. Neither of the workers were friendly. My smoothie was great, although highly priced. Gave them a 2nd chance, again they were not friendly and I asked if they did a slice of lemon or orange with the wheat grass shot and the cashier kind of stared at me then proceeded to tell her co-worker how someone may have started doing that... the other worker, I assume manager, looked over her shoulder and gave her a funny look, so I guess that meant NO, she kept her back to me never acknowledging me. The other worker just smirked. Very unfriendly environment. Was willing to pay the high prices, because it’s close to home. But no thanks, I will take the drive over bad...

6:55 pm 6/21/2024 CP YMCA. Drinks are good, employees are not. After I realized the person 5 minutes behind me in line received their 1 drink order before I received my 1 drink order. I realized the 3 girls working just forgot to make my drink. After asking how much longer, they finally began making it. I then got to listen to them complain about the other customers they get at the counter while they, in the slowest fashion possible, made my order. Absolutely Terrible. Impressive really that they have the balls to talk bad about other customers in front...

Would like to give them a try but I've gone there three times twice on a weekend and once on a week day, google says it's open until three on weekends but both times I went around 1:30 and they were closed no hours posted on the door no explanation just closed. I've tried calling them and nobody ever answers the phone, went there during the week when they were supposed to be open and again they were closed, so would love to give them a try and give them a better rating if I could ever...
