i just moved to lincoln and this is on my way to the highway Every Morning i come here and i use the same ol Greeting at the speaking "GOOOOOOODDD MORNING" and i usually have shayne. and he goes AAAYEEEEEE!!! good morning! this is why i come here! the girls the guys the staff already know me by name! and have my coffee ready for me when they see my car pull up! and when i haven't gone in for a week or 2 they all ran to the window asking if i was okay! this is why i come here! i don't even care if i move to another town i will still come here!! i wouldn't even care if they raise there prices! i love it there! even during construction to the Gas Station there still so funny and great! honestly im so pleased with the customer service esp Shayne. if hes not a manager, he well needs to be. i am a corporate supervisor for a bank and these are people we need representing a company! some people just dont have customer service and the willingness to help but this...

The employees are very rude and disrespectful for no reason and it took to long to make my order took to long to make and when it came to be done it wasn’t done right . They are all so rude , the previous day I forgot some of my money and was trying to explain that to the shift leader Holly and she cusses at me and demands me to give her back the coffee , I come here this morning and she makes a snotty comment saying “ you got enough money today ? Because every other day you don’t and make me cancel out stuff” NOT TRUE , legit was one day then I sit here to eat my food and you can hear them all talking about me . I used to go here nearly 3x a week out of convenience but the last 3x I went there they didn't put the order in correctly for example I asked for bacon egg and cheese meal deal and they charged me for it separately making it $9 instead of the $6. Do it enough times they can pocket the money. Scams honestly. But besides that the donuts have been dry and hard which means their not storing them correctly.
