Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Central

Went in to pick up my pizza that I ordered online at 6.52pm on Saturday. Said it would be ready at 7:17-7:22. The worker in the drive through could barely stand up and eyes were closed. Just said pull to the front and had trouble closing the window . After 7:30 came and no update on the app and I’m sitting out front I decided to go in but the door is locked . A paton soon exits and me and 3 others who had been waiting well over 30 minutes went in and the employee came and locked us in the building. I unlocked it and another person came in. These people weren’t causing any issues just wanted our pizzas . The other employee comes back and locks us in the building again. I told him he can’t do that. He said that his manager and the central Louisiana police department said he could . I got a refund and another Patron cancelled their order . This place should be closed if this is how you run a business. Never again would...

I ordered online at 8:36PM. Got the confirmation email and it said pick-up was 8:51-8:59PM. I figured I'd have enough time to stop by Walmart neighborhood market to get a drink and a few other things. Got done at Walmart at 9:15PM and drove across the street to pick up my pizza cuz it should've already been waiting for me. Checked my email but hadn't gotten a "your pizza's ready" email. I pull up to the drive-thru and the guy is moving in slow-motion. I tell him my name and that I'm picking up. He says "I didn't see it on my screen. I'll have to make it for you now." 😳 I'M SURE HE WAS LOOKING AT HIS PHONE SCREEN AND NOT THE WORK SCREEN! It's now 9:25PM and I still don't have my pizza! THIS PLACE GETS WORSE EVERY TIME I COME. I went to order cheesy bread and brownies. One of the guys working there was just hanging around like he was confused. The manager came to the front and took my order and then proceeded to make my food without washing his hands or putting gloves on. I called him out and he tried to lie and say he sprayed his hands and his register is clean. I explained to him that it’s unsanitary and that is how people get sick. I stated to him that I was watching him to make sure he washed his hands, and he denied it. I asked for a refund in which he called his manager on the phone and stated that I needed a refund. I told him to tell his manager the truth on why I really wanted a refund. Everyone that worked at little ceasars in central were very unprofessional!!! I will never eat...
