Taco Bell — Restaurant in Central

I used to go to this local Taco Bell all the time. I go there a lot of mornings before work to get my favorite Sausage Breakfast Crunchwrap combo. I've multiple bad experiences to say the least. One morning after I got out of the hospital I wanted to get my go-to breakfast. I asked for iced coffee, they rung me up, and the girl working the drive through said she didn't know how to make iced coffee and if I would like hot coffee instead. Sure, then I'm guessing a manager, came out then said they had no coffee at all. I found it hard to believe but dealt with it. Seems like not much training goes on around there, and literally that same morning when I received my crunchwrap it wasn't even folded properly! Anyways, I've had multiple mornings where they tell me they're closed, or they tell me they aren't doing breakfast items. But this morning I've just gotten fed up because I got there 15 minutes after they opened, sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes, only for a lady to tell me they're running behind and aren't open yet. I work in the fast food industry, there's no reason you shouldn't be ready by open. I've had multiple mess-up orders I've had to go back and have them remake, which I didn't complain about. I'm done going here and I hate to say it because I really love Taco Bell, but this location just feels as though some are incompetent of handling management duties and making their customers feel cared for. I just don't want to waste my time a third of the time I go there because of things like this. They always ask me to do a survey and leave a good review. Wonder how many people they do this to that they just screw over half the other times! Way too often, I hope new management comes soon and maybe I'll give this location...

Crappy food.. Nobody working there cares... They ripped me off tonight with the food. I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and Saracha chicken slider and it was more tortilla than meat... Also, they've been ripping me off for my drinks. I've been ordering an XL drink and yet everytime I went to the window they gave me a large drink and when I asked them if it was an XL cup they said and then gave me an attitude and asked me if I thought he/she was stupid and then one time I asked for an XL cup because it was a large and I told them it was a large they said "what? Your just saying it's large because I'm black and you trying to get me fired saying it's a large and not an XL"... ordered an XL, got a large and an attitude very time..... NEVER COMING...

I'm done trying this location. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order here, the food is wrong. Got food last night and every item was incorrect. My family is vegan, so we do not eat dairy. Taco Bell has the option to make items "Fresco" which takes all dairy off and puts a pico and red sauce on. THIS IS ON THE MENU. And there was cheese and sour cream in every item we ordered. I'm so sick of this and will not be back. I've spoken to people about this multiple times and nothing changes. They just lost a lot of money because we would like to eat there at least...
