They serve the best White Chocolate Cappuccino ever!!!! I order mine with a extra shot or 2 Cappuccino and I always order it saying make sure it’s strong enough to wake the dead. Lol 😝 it’s sweetened perfectly and they always froth the milk perfectly. With my loyalty rewards I earn a free one which is a plus. The service is always fast which is also a plus. I say for the ones who posted negative reviews that maybe try a different kind of coffee beverage cause I honestly didn’t know what to order my 1st time and after a few visits, I literally just said what do y’all serve that’s good but very, very strong and I’ve been ordering the White Chocolate 🍫 Cappuccino ever since cause it is absolutely delicious and it always tastes the same each and every time with a very rich strong flavor. Great quality beans they use. I just wish I could make it at home sometimes cause I’m super spoiled and I always order 2 when I go which can get pricey but so worth it though. I go so much you’d think they would know me by name. Lol.... 😂 love ❤️ PJ’s and the service. Terrible! I originally stopped coming to this PJs because they could never seem to get my order correct. Decided to give them another try after a few months and am definitely regretting it. Besides getting the order incorrect, yet again (was able to catch it before pulling out the drive thru), it’s clear the young ladies at this location DO NOT know what they are doing. Ordered an iced caramel macchiato and hot chai tea latte and it was horrible. You could taste the bitterness from the espresso in the macchiato, which left a horrible after taste and no caramel. Couldn’t taste the chai… drank straight milk. I’ve tried my best to support this establishment, but will not be returning. Total waste of $10. Management, please offer more training...

I normally don't complain about anything but recently I bought a pj's thermal cup and I got the biggest one they had I paid almost 40 dollars for it but was told I can bring my cup in and get the refills and only charged the refill price . But today I go in and I get told they can't fill my cup up because it is over 32oz and they would have to charge me more to fill it up . Now I'm confused on why you would charge me more when you sell the 40oz tumbler and offer refills on that cup . Don't sell the the tumblers if you're not going to refill them or charge people more money to fill the 40oz tumbler that you sell . If I paid for the 40oz tumbler Iand get told I get refills that's want I'm expecting. False...
