Subway — Restaurant in Champaign

LITERALLY ANY OTHER SUBWAY IN CHAMPAIGN, URBANA, SAVOY IS BETTER DONT GO HERE!

I came to the store and ordered 2 subs using buy one get one footlong subs coupon was turned away at the register when they simply refused that one coupon from the newspaper and then asked if I had one that required me to pay 5 dollars more with no sign or indication that is was previously not allowed to use the buy one get one free. They also have a limited selection for subs with is listed just the first subway I've ever been to where they deny coupons from the most common coupon page they have. Please post a sign and stop scamming customers by waiting till after they have completed there order to simply refuse without warning. I have always gone to this subway and don't always use coupons and have always tipped but I think I'll stay away from this one all the other ones...

Seems like the older Indian man with the scruffy beard (I don’t know his actual ethnicity) had a crazy attitude. I ordered a tuna salad salad and he did not want to put any veggies in the bowl. Asked for all the veggies except jalapeños. He literally just grabbed a pinch of everything in put it in but the bowl wasn’t even half full. I asked can I get more spinach he said he’s out, I asked for more lettuce he acted like I just killed him. Can you please fill the bowl with veggies please.. then checkout he just said when I used my rewards… This is bullshit! I’m like what happened he was mad because I took $6 off with rewards and was mad because he don’t get the money.. man bye.. last time I’ll be at this location. Don’t be a franchisee owner if you hate customer service...

I ordered 4 6 inch subs for curbside pickup using the app. When I arrived, I could see into the restaurant & didn't see anyone inside. I waited until I could check in (it makes you wait until it's 5 minutes before your pickup time) & checked in. Still appeared empty inside. I saw people go inside to order & that is when the 1 employee showed up. It took an additional 10 minutes after my designated pickup time to get my sandwiches. Upon getting home & opening the sandwiches, my meatball sub had 1 single meatball on it. Completely unacceptable. The sandwiches were not as good as I remember, either....
