This place is losing its charm. The people who were working there 3-4 months ago were so nice. The people who have recently started working there are rushed and rude. They are constantly handing over melted ice cream. Unfortunately, tonight was the worst experience we’ve had, 9/6 @9:30pm. We were handed the incorrect order several times. We told them the correct order one last time again and one of the other boys working at the drive thru window started laughing because I guess we are paying them to laugh at customers instead of taking a simple order? Anyway, the person who was trying to take our order but was rushing has longer black hair and wears a cap. This person always seems unbothered by customers, doesn’t seem happy to serve and quite frankly will not keep customers coming back. I explained to him the way the order was supposed to be and he slammed the window shut after saying “ok”. There was no apology of any kinda. If I am paying for something with money I work hard for I want it to be right and I want my money to go to businesses who have love their customers. I am also so confused because this place doesn’t close until 11:30pm and they are upset people are driving through at 9:30pm? I’ve worked in the restaurant business before and if you don’t like the hours, find another job where you don’t have to stay late. We will NOT be back to this location solely based on the service. I am super curious if this location is franchised or company owned. I wanted to come write a review about the young man with curly hair and blue eyes. I want to say his name was Andre, he's so helpful! This was my first visit to Andy's, and he was able to explain the products offered, and suggest something that myself and my partner would enjoy based off of what we told him we liked. He had a long line, but didn't spare a moment in helping us choose a yummy treat, which we both ended up loving! THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! We never felt rushed or that he was too busy for us, and to me, that's what allot of businesses are lacking these days. We appreciate you, young man!
