Read moreTerrible experience, I ordered $70 worth of food, they forgot $9 worth of food after they assured us we had everything. We drove back to get what they missed. We also mentioned they didn’t add a taco that we asked for, and after 30 minutes of waiting the manager approached us with a card swipe for the extra taco. At this point I’ve noticed a table upset at slow service, a table that wasn’t cleaned after requesting a wipe and an angry customer leaving after receiving no assistance. Our very unhelpful cashier was casually walking around when she should be hustling in front of her many upset customers; I mentioned it to the manger, to which he insinuated that it was our fault that we were taking up his time. After missing lunch with my family and waiting an excessive amount of time for what I paid for, I was treated with a card reader and excuses. No apologies. Awful service and a manager that doesn’t know the first thing about customer service, incredibly disrespectful with wasting our time and blaming us for their poor performance.
TLDR; THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND BLAME YOU FOR IT! They left out food we payed for and missed a taco. The fact the manager approached us with a card reader and excuses after wasting so much of our time, shows his lack of management skill and lack of respect for his patrons. I will not be back and will recommend everyone I know to stay away. Also the Vampiros are just grocery store tostadas, not worth...
Read moreI’m going to give my open and honest review for this place. My partner and I had been wanting to try it since we moved to chandler in mid October. Finally stopped in today 02/17. I was craving some street style tacos (which I’d thought I’d get) first of all, I’m going to say, it’s pretty expensive for what it is. Each taco cost 3.99 and I wasn’t satisfied with the tacos at all. I tried the carne asada and one birria taco. The asada tacos came in a corn tortilla with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top, it also had with what looks and tastes like nacho cheese inside the taco (was not expecting that, and didn’t like it.) the tortillas were hard. The birria taco, also hard tortilla and the meat and the entire taco was dry. I was expecting it to be saucy. I wanted to add chicken to my daughters quesadilla, but they wanted to charge an extra 7$! (No way!) A can of coke cost $3.50 (which I ended up not buying after that price) I was almost just going to cancel my entire order after the total price, but I’ve had a long day, I am tired and didn’t feel like going elsewhere. I guess I was expecting AUTHENTIC Mexican tacos/food, and instead, I got Texmex food, which I am not a fan of. All in all, I give this place a 2 out of 10. Not what we expected in Mexican food, but we gave it a try, and this is my...
