Lakeview Tavern — Restaurant in Chandler

I've edited my review in fairness to the latest experiences we've had based off the last (5) visits.

1st visit) Burnt both pizzas. I actually had friends over to share as I'd been raving about your pizza

2nd visit- got the order wrong after repeating it back to me

3rd visit- an absolute pile of cheese - again with wrong toppings

4th visit- employee told me to call back and order later he was too busy to take my order

5th and probably final time was tonight - I repeated my order loud and clear. I picked up the order and paid for my pizza with 4 toppings, took a peak and sighed......here we go again with the mountain of cheese. After getting home and biting into it found that there was only ONE ingredient - sausage....there was no way of telling if it was right or not unless I bit into it and sadly, it wasn't.

I feel bad for all of the people I have referred here as there is really only one thing that matters if you want some of the best pizza in town - that's if the lady (Peggy?) is working. When she is - the food is made with a special touch and the service is fantastic....heck she at least got the order correct. The only way I'll consider returning is if she answers the phone when i call but it sounds like she is no longer there.

Sad. You all really had something...

Tried The Lakeview Inn tonight. Gotta say pretty good food. The owners are some locals who grew up on the place. They bought it and are living their dream. Definitely need to get out here and give them a try. We tried a few items. Started out with Cheese bread smothered in cheese delicious garlic flavor. The guys ordered a texas strom and devoured it before I could get a picture. Next came the pizzas. Thin crust plenty of topping. Sauce is just right not over powering. Owner took our order came over checked on us. Very friendly. So come out and see Nick and Stefanie at what some would considered the perfect neighborhood place to stop and have a beer, eat dinner and become part...

Such a great place to go eat and drink and sing karaoke. The owners are so nice and welcoming and it’s a really great place to go and place a game of pool. I will definitely be going there more often. I love the great atmosphere there. Just a cool place to unwind from your busy week and have fun! Go check it out if you haven’t because the food there is amazing!!!if I could give more starts I would cause it’s just what...
