Subway — Restaurant in Chandler

Chandler Indiana store..Went in there to get 2 Subway sandwiches for the Sale price of 6.99 each only to be told it was the wrong day not on special today I don't know why I expected anything different from Subway always when they have a special it never has included Turkey. Anyway when I got back to the car I double checked all I could find was 6.99 each promocode 699fl may 1 to may 31. If you don't mean it don't say it but in my case I will not be back and will try not to ever recommend Subway. There is too much competition out there. Like Jimmy johns, Firehouse,etc..... Anywhere it would be called...

The guy that was working could not have been trained or allowed to work by himself. He was checking TikTok to make sure it was not shut down. He didn’t listen to how to make the sandwich’s. To close the sandwich he applied his weight to it to ensure that it was closed causing the paper to tear. He said that a lady had just came in to order a just cheese sandwich and he said that he told her how dumb she was. Properly train him or let him go. Poor service is going to lose customers. I’d rather drive to Booneville after tonight. Worst service I have ever received...

I just want to thank the manager of this store! The staff and service here is always great. We recently moved to Boonville and have tried Boonville Subway location and it is always terrible. Rude employees. Half the time our sandwiches are wrong and sloppy. The store is dirty. The Chandler location is always SO clean. The manager and employees are so welcoming and nice. We will not be giving the Boonville location another dime and will drive to Chandler to spend our money with them! Again thank you to the manager and employees for being decent human beings and...
