Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Chandler

Stopped this location before dropping my son off at school, I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch with an extra shot of espresso, I’ve gotten this drink with and with out an extra shot lots of times, it’s my go to drink. First off it took 20mins just to make the drink, the first drink alone, it was completely watered down like as if you had left it sitting in the car, secondly the drink tasted like coffee grounds, like a very strong bitter Taste, the worst drink I’ve ever tasted. By the time the second drink was made we were already running late to get my son to school. I told them I did not want it and would be back for a refund as I was running late, coming back, I got a simple I’m sorry by the manager, the employee just stood there…I neither got offered a gift card or a free drink nothing but a CASH back refund. I’m not a person to complain when things happen but that experience was about the worst I’ve had in...

Starbucks usually offers a comforting environment, but my recent visit to this branch was a far cry from the norm. The atmosphere was not the familiar friendly one I’ve come to expect, but rather quite unwelcoming, which came as a significant disappointment.

I hate to single out individuals, but the service provided by the trio of girls working there on that day (7/2/23 9:20am)was particularly egregious. Their demeanor was so unpleasant and unfriendly that it stood out as some of the worst staff behavior I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. Their lack of courtesy significantly marred my coffee shop experience.

I sincerely hope that this was just an off day and that there will be notable improvements in the service the next...

I'm in town visiting and have been going to this location for 3 days now. The two young employees that were there Thursday and Friday morning ran circles around an older whom didn't seem like she wanted to do anything but talk and complain to the other employees. This morning, Saturday, it was just the older woman working. When I got there she was just standing there talking with a customer. The older woman employee, did not acknowledge me or the other customers that walked up with me. Just continued to chat and slowly make her drink. The other customers left and the employee was so busy chatting with her friend she didn't even notice. Horrible customer service from this...
