Swig — Restaurant in Chandler

We went for the $1.00 special. We arrived and the lines were long. However we decided to stay. We ordered are drinks and went to pay. It was $10.47. I questioned why it was not $1.00 each drink since I was paying at 7:57pm. I was told because of the chaos it was causing. To me if you are announcing a special you should honor that special till the time specified which was 8:00pm. So not only did I pay full price and waiting 40min in line my daughter’s drink was wrong. She got a mango breeze. She has had this before and she immediately recognized that it was not right. It was missing quite a bit of mango flavor and mango pieces It mostly tasted like coconut cream. What an absolute disaster. Waited for 1.5+ hours for two sodas (not exaggerating), they were out of some of the ingredients in the middle of the day, we got our order wrong, and watery.

Their system is just absurd. For every order they would do in store, they would serve 4-5 of the drive through. As you can see on the table, the would just make the drinks and leave them lined up and forget about them if they were not drive through. People were mad and the only way to get your order is to complain that you had been waiting in line for 45 minutes to order and then an extra 45 mins to get your drinks.
