They need more staff! Took like ten minutes before our order was taken and another 45 minutes before the four of us received our food. After receiving our food, we weren’t given any more attention. We asked a passing by waitress for refills and were told she’d be by in a minute with a pitcher of tea. That never happened. We ended up having to walk up to the bar to get our ticket so we could pay. Also, the place is small, which makes it extremely noisy if they are busy. Usually the food is good. This time, we had a hair in one of our sandwiches. They didn't really apologize. Just asked if we wanted it taken off the check or made again. The appetizers were made fast and are pretty good. Service at the tables could be better. You will definitely have to wait for someone to come refill your drink or check to see if you need anything. If staff are just standing around, you should not have to call your waitress over to refill a drink or to tell them there is an issue with your food. I had the hot mama. It was a very good burger! I am not from chanute. I Googled from my hotel. Whats good to eat in chanute ks. The Hangout popped up. The website didn't say what all was on the burgers just the names of them. Thats the only issue I saw. The food was excellent, SUPER fast, service was decent. My soda was empty an the wait staff was super busy so they didn't come back an check on me to see if I needed anything else. But that was one of the best burgers I've had.
