Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chaplin

Awful. Just plain awful. Staff are friendly however can not listen to or follow directions. If you do not pay attention to what they are doing, you might just end up with Dunkin Donuts signature iced coffee. Watered down coffee served on a heap of ice and too much cream and sugar. There was a time last week i was wondering if I was even drinking coffee. I refuse to go there since the person who used to serve me coffee there has been replaced by people who just dont understand coffee. Lack of the attention to detail is just the thing that turns me off with this place. I might as well make my own coffee because then i would get it the way i like it. The only thing the person did right today is tell me to have a good day as I walked out...

Let me just get on thing out the way: I've been a regular for 5 and a half years as this Dunkin has always been my fav for their coffee, sandwiches, but most of all their kind and attentive service. Sadly I can't say this standard has been upheld. This morning I went for the usual sausage egg and cheese with my hot coffee. But the young, puny lad whose name tag read 'Gavan' running the register gave me the worst attitude. I could clearly see him tampering with my sandwich after picking his nose. Then he also put in a certain cream when I only asked for 2 sugar. And to top it all off he had the audacity to serve me with the smuggest grin....

I don't know what happened with this Dunkin' donuts I used to go daily and get the same order now they have a bunch of young kids in there and all the people that knew what they were doing are gone now I heard it was because they wanted to pay their employees less they've managed to screw my order up four times in one week. When he handed me the iced tea in line and it slipped out of my hand and hit the floor the kids still made me buy another iced tea these people have gotten thousands this is what they call affirmative action hiring people they're not qualified for the position put the old crew...
