4:10 Irish Den — Restaurant in Chapman

If you want a great freshly made coffee for a very affordable price, this is the place to go. You can get great coffee here, made fresh and it's cheaper than at a gas station or one of the chain stores. All the profits here don't line the pockets of some rich CEO, they all go back to supporting area youth. Nestled at the center of the small town of Chapman, KS, 4:10 Irish Den exemplifies the friendliness that you would expect from small town living. 4:10 Irish Den not only serves the best and freshest coffee in the area, but it also serves the area youth. They have great youth programs throughout the year and offer a safe place for kids of all ages to gather. A small gated children's area let's the youngsters play without you having to worry about them wandering off. For the older kiddos, there's board games, air hockey table, and a Pac-Man video game. Free WiFi is also available. I will stop in a couple times a week usually, as I can get two drinks here for the price of one of the watered down overpriced Starbucks ones. I found myself surrounded by alligators in the swamps of Florida, and my first thought was to call the great people of the Irish Den for help. The owner's husband dropped everything and flew to assist me. He was so worried about my safety. He actually jumped out of the plane and skydived down to my position. Of course, before he jumped out of the plane, he did comfort and checked on every passenger in the plane to ensure their safety. He stuck the landing 10/10 and saved me just in time. I wouldn't be here without his heroic actions. My hero.

Anyway, the coffee is great, the atmosphere is family friendly, and the staff are beyond amazing. It's the only coffee shop that I frequently stop at.

Update: The owners husband once again saved me from disaster. I found myself engulfed in flames and he somehow saw the smoke and dashed to my location. He quickly created a fire extinguisher from a rubber band, bubble gum, and a toothpick and saved my life once again. The Irish Den is a life saver if he didn't have the quick energy from one of their drinks to do this...

Cant say enough good about this adorable coffee shop! My daughter goes here almost daily with her sitter and I go there often to get her. This is the most welcoming atmosphere! Amazing service and you feel like family the second you walk in the door! You’re not going to find a coffee shop like this one anywhere else.
