Seems like a place trying to stay afloat. Steak sucked. Owner took $5 off the bill. Wife took 2 bites. Potatoes are unseasoned and plain. Cannot run a restaurant on Aldi's products. Edit add on. Site doesn't ask how many were in our party, it asks "What size group is this place best suited for?" so get your facts straight. You charge $20 for a steak and egg breakfast that was bad. Waitress, who I apologize, we thought was the owner, was ok, but calling her wonderful is a disservice to real wonderful waitresses everywhere. When a customer, very politely tells you your steak tastes bad and your flavorless potatoes suck, and it causes my wife to lose her appetite, and you can clearly see she hardly ate anything, then that should be removed from the bill. Period. She got no tip because we were forced to pay $15 for food my wife didnt touch. So, let's see, you claim your meat is angus but it tastes bad and has no seasoning. Your A1 is an off name brand as is your condiments and sweeteners. Dry, bland, unseasoned potatoes. Your coffee is so weak, it was a discussion amongst patrons. Sorry pal, sounds like a restaurant trying to stay afloat. I truly wish you and yours the best. But you must do better. And DO NOT try and turn the tables on a dissatisfied customer when all we wanted to do was love your...
Read moreWe had organized a small surprise birthday party for my 16 year old daughter in early February at Spinners. The owner Kim was very easy to work with including the birthday decorations, the balloons we had delivered & the variety of meals available to choose from on the Spinner's menu, including a birthday cake they had ordered for the event. We invited about 30 people to come to Spinners 1/2 hour early before my wife and daughter arrived. The party was a complete success and I want to thank Kim for everything she was willing to do for us, including hiring several workers to work past their normal shifts to be available for the Birthday party. The service was unbelievable!! The cook was able to serve all the guests in a short amount of time and the two waitresses were fabulous and very friendly to everyone. They hustled to keep everyone happy with fresh drinks, milkshakes and fabulous food and made a point to make sure everyone who attended was enjoying themselves. My daughter was completely surprised and she said at the end of the day, that surprise party at Spinners was absolutely perfect !! She said her friends & family had a wonderful afternoon together. Thanks again Spinners for a terrific memorable occasion. The Mitchells...
Read moreMy wife and I had just driven 80 miles home from a short trip and wanted to stop for a bite. The young waitress was nice enough and took our order. She brought us our drinks and food, then didn't see her again until we got our bill. She never asked if we were satisfied with our food, or refilled my wife's offer or our drinks. My sloppy Joe was cold and my wife's omelet didn't have cheese, as she had asked. The waitress took off a dollar for the price of the cheese. It was 130 and they were closing. Another wa itress asked how the sloppybjoe was because she was going to bring one home for her mother. I told her that it was cold and she curly said "whey didn't you say something?"...I saad that no one bothered to ask how our food was. The bill was $28 for two meals that weren't right, and I tipped the young lady $2. I'm sorry. Normallt we are extremely good tipoers, but the food and service were terrible, and there was only one other table there at the time. Extremely dissappointed and never even bother to write a review, but very...
