Panda Buffet — Restaurant in Chariton

Unfortunately I have to say this is the worst buffet we have ever had. The selection of food for a buffet was horrible. The salad part was lettuce, dressings and green olives. Nothing else. No cheese, croutons, veggies, nothing. The hot food wasn't much better. I was also concerned about the temperature the hot food was being kept. It wasn't even what I would call warm. The ice cream you could tell was old and had that nasty layer old ice cream gets.

As soon as my daughter and I went up to get our food we were regretting it. If we had looked before being seated we would have left just based on appearance. After getting our food we both expressed concern about possible food poisoning because of the temp of food. What items did taste good didn't involve any cooking on their part.

The place was really dark and drab looking. Staff was OK.

I would not recommend or ever eat there...

The food was excellent, reasonably priced & plenty enough for two nights. My only issue was when I tried to pay with my credit card, they didn't know how to run it as credit & tried to run as debit then asked me for my PIN number. I refused, stating that was for security purposes & I never give it out. They tried several times & then asked if I had another card to try. I gave them cash instead. Payment issue is reason I gave a four star...

I hated it it was gross the food tasted like a week old and it was all dried out and I want my money back I would never recommend this place to anyone I made it through two bites with my daughter and old man was there for 10 mins and left and they still made us pay 19.96. For three people I don't think I should of had to pay for gross food that was old and I will get my money back .....so please...
