Lucky Dragon — Restaurant in Charles City

Called about 3 times just after 7 to place a pick up order (as they close at 8pm per their advertisement online), and didn't get an answer. Decided to try and head there since the reviews are good. As I arrived the lights are off and parking lot empty. I see the fallowing on the door (see photo). Which shocks me completely and have never seen in all my places I've gone. No other sign on the door as to why they are closed early, so on and so on. If you are a business, edit your hours online, or make signage for early closure. Location Location Location this place would do well if it was anywhere else then here I have never been to a restaurant with not one person inside out side of the one worker which she was very pleasant, the inside is rather nice a bit dusty though but its almost like the luck of the dragon has ran out. The food tasted like it came out of a bag from Walmart didn't smell nothing when it was made like microwave effects. I know times are hard right now. Hopefully, Lucky Dragon will have the luck of The Phoenix....

OVERPRICED!! $41 For 2 orders of shrimp fried rice and crab ragoon. 4 shrimp in one order of the fried rice and 3 in the other (CHEAP), they gave us wingets which means they cut the chicken wings in halves. Chicken tasted like it was marinated and breaded; nasty after taste. The lady CONDESCENDING and HELL OF RUDE!!! THANK GOD I do not live in IA. Way better Chinese food in NY and ATL. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND OVERPRICED!!! TRUCK DRIVER couple that will NOT be going back if we ever so happened to come back...
