I received horrible customer service from this location, my order was wrong the staff was rude, and even after an hour my situation was still not properly handled.
I ordered a #2, a #5 with wedges, and a #8. Instead of a wing and breast I got a leg and a thigh and instead of wedges I received mashed potatoes. No big deal, mistakes happen.
When I returned to the store the lobby was locked so I had to wait in line at the drivethru. After presenting my receipt, explaining the situation, and returning the wrong order I was rudely told that I was given the right order and the only way I could get the food that I had ordered and paid for was if I brought the other in as well.
Not believing what I'm hearing I ask if she's really telling me I literally have to go take food out of my child's mouth in order to prove I was given the wrong order. She responds "that's how it is" So I say fine if that is the case I want my entire meal comped when I get back with his food to which she said "ok".
I returned with the proof, was then told I could only have the chicken despite returning my entire meal, I was eventually given my wedges but still did not end up with a biscuit. Despite continuing to argue with me about the wedges and biscuit her demeanor was more pleasant after she realized she had been wrong but after giving me my food she acted like she didn't know what a comp was.
The manager then steps in to say she can only comp the meals that were returned (despite the promise I was given earlier). I said fine and requested my receipt back so I could call a supervisor to report my experience. She refused to return my original receipt and spent another 5-10 minutes "trying to print me a new one" before disappearing into the back of the store.
After wasting over an hour dealing with a situation that could've been resolved in less than a minute I didn't have the patience to wait any longer. I didn't initially return to the store wanting my money back or anything more than I already had paid for but the way I was treated by your staff was extremely insulting. The price difference between the two meals is less than $1.50, do they really think a paying customer would go through all of that to save $1.50? Is $1.50 worth losing a paying customer? I will NEVER visit this...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of this KFC for quite some time, as it’s conveniently located along my regular routes. The food has always been great, and in the past, the service and management have consistently impressed me with their courtesy and professionalism.
Unfortunately, my recent experiences have taken a disappointing turn due to one specific employee. Since around March 2025, I’ve noticed a stark contrast in service whenever an employee named Rachel is working—her name tag identifies her clearly.
I understand that everyone has off days, and I normally don’t let the occasional rudeness bother me. However, the repeated unprofessionalism from this individual has reached a level that’s hard to ignore. Today was the last straw: I was refused drive-thru service for no justifiable reason and was forced to come inside to collect my food—despite the drive-thru being operational. The way Rachel interacted with me was not only dismissive but shockingly disrespectful. Her body language, tone, and attitude made it clear she viewed my presence as an inconvenience rather than a consumer.
In any customer-facing role, especially in food service, kindness and professionalism are essential (I have extensive F&B experience including in management). Rachel’s behavior is not only unwelcoming—it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. If I were managing this location, I would be deeply concerned, as her actions could very well damage the reputation the rest of the staff work hard to uphold.
This incident has made me seriously reconsider whether I will continue to visit this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary adjustments to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and courtesy...

Visited KFC through the drive-thru on October 6th approximately 11:05 a.m. Waited for 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker to take my order, no response, once I asked if anyone was there to help us. I decided to drive around to the window, two African American young ladies were standing at the front on their cell phones. I blew the horn to get their attention, a young lady comes to the window stated to me that oh I didn't hear you, I was just about to take your order. I placed the order food came out in a timely manner, I had to ask for spoons and she didn't put napkins in the bag. The worst customer service ever, I will never eat at KFC again, I always give business owners the benefit of the doubt, this KFC was 2.5 stars on Yelp. Young adults these days do not want to work, business owners should be held responsible for anyone that they hire. Employees represent your business, one must have respect, trust, dignity at all times, 0 policy, no excuses. I normally do not eat at KFC was running around in a hurry and decide to stop and give it a try. There is a reason why Chick-fil-A is probably the number one fast food restaurant in the world. Every time I go to Chick-fil-A I have a wonderful experience coast to coast. They truly know how to serve customers, and their employees give 100%. It does not matter where you work employees should be held responsible. Itruly believe everyone has to start from the bottom to move up, I worked at Wendy's 30 something years ago, and I appreciated my supervisor for making sure his staff was on point.
Tip: Lazy, no customer service skills, unfriendly. Food not good money wasted. Dont stop,...
