ask someone who loves Subway. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I get an all american club at every subway i go to They are listed on the menu with extra cheese. This place charged me three dollars for extra cheese and when I asked her about it, she said it doesn’t come with extra cheese even though it’s listed on the menu as two times cheese. They also messed up my order. I ordered an all american club and she put roast beef on it. when I told her that was incorrect, she told me that I was wrong and that I ordered the wrong thing so she proceeded to take the roast beef off of my sandwich after it was already toasted with everything on it and put it back in its container, which is disgusting. she charged me $18 for a sub only when it’s listed on the menu as $12 because she added extra meat which I did not ask for but she charged me for it and added extra cheese even though it should not have been charged for cause it’s listed as two times. This is the worst brand subway I have ever been to, and I have no intentions on ever coming back. they also never have fresh sweet tea and I just don’t see how you run a restaurant in the south without fresh sweet tea. A normal meal at Subway when I go to any other place with a drink is $14 this place it’s a minimum of 18 every time I go I will never be back and I would not recommend to anyone. I went through the drive thru where they quickly and politely took my order however, once I pulled up to the window I sat there for 10 minutes before an employee even opened the window. I asked to see my reciept to see what time my order was taken and it was 12 mins prior to them coming to the window. When I asked for my food and my money back the young lady said she "can't do that". I asked to speak to a manager and she said "I am the asistant manager". I asked for the store manager and she wasn't there but would "be back in a few minutes". My thought is, if you are the assistant manager and a customer waited over 10 minutes for their food, you should have the authority to provide a refund. It was a $4.00 sandwich. Honestly, I wouldn't have asked for a refund had she come to the window as soon as I pulled up and told me there would be a wait. Any reasonable person would expect at least that much. Read moreFood was great. Place was really busy. Only 2 employees. Probably watched 10 or more people wait in line 10 or so minutes and then leave. I think the car in the drive thru was there at least 30 minutes. Management should have more people working!

I went in the men's restroom first. No light. Ok. I'll use my phone. Toilet won't flush. Ok. Let me wash my hands. No soap. Ok. I'll rinse them off and dry them. No towels. Ok. I'm going in the women's restroom. Surprisingly everything worked in there! Go to order. Stuff everywhere on the counter. Hardly any chips in the rack in front of the counter or against the wall. I order my sandwich. I get to the end and just glanced in the cookie display. Two cookies. I get my sweet tea and leave. It tastes somewhat like soap water as I'm walking out to my car.
