It seems they try to cater to the American tastes rather than going for total authenticity, which seems to me would be so much more respectable, and lead to a better overall dining experience. Not to say the food is not good. Las Cazuelas was the same. My Margarita was huge and had plenty of tequila. I had the Special Dinner, which consisted of a tamale, taco, chili relleno, tostada, and an enchilada. It was all very tasty, and very filling. The owner always visits behind a few times to make sure in between if there is possibly something the server may have missed or just hasn’t checked up enough. It’s endearing but shows that they truly care about the food, the service and the reputation and the brand name of this establishment. I love the menu variety and drink choices here as well as the CHEESE DIP!!! If you ever want a bite to eat but don't want to break your wallet they are easily the most affordable Mexican joint in the county no ifs ands or buts.
