Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Charleston

Experience was definitely not up to par. Parts of our group didn't receive the correct items ordered. The children's pizza didn't get made until after everyone else's food had already arrived. We ordered breadsticks that we never received. They were way understaffed. The one waitress was trying really hard for a while, but you could tell it was taking a toll on her. Refills were non-existent. The wait time was over an hour. Ridiculous to say the least. We will not be back. The young waitress was trying her best and could have used some help from her team members. Word of advice...always tend to the children first. Breadsticks should come out before pizza does. This place operates as if it is a pick-up drive thru and delivery service and not a eat in restaurant. Eat in people should always come first. Was told we were getting a discount of 10% however did not receive the discount. By this point, we were beyond over this place and wanted to get home to KY. No pan pizza available. No lemon for water. Dining room had several dirty tables. Some lady came in and was taking pictures of everyone and everything inside the building, was uncomfortable with a stranger taking our and the children's photos without asking permission. Will...

I placed my call in order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there at the time I was told to be there to find my pizza was not done. I then waited an additional 15 minutes only to get a raw pizza. After a brief altercation with management I was refunded my money entirely and a new pizza was made, so I had to wait another 20 minutes. When I finally got my pizza it was well cooked but it was pepperoni instead of sausage like I ordered in the first place. I was so upset by this time i just left with the wrong kind of pizza. I was so rude one day I had ordered some pizzas for the children at school I put in my order day before so I could pick them up on time this young man was so polite to me no matter how rude I was being to him my pizzas wasn't ready because no one had put the order up for him to see he had to make a phone call to find out about the order that was forgot he made the pizzas for me and then wasn't going to charge me cause I still had to wait I no the young man paid for them pizzas I told him I would he said no ma'am I got it I'm so sorry it wasn t ready for you and you had to wait the young man's name was David I want to tell him I am sorry for my behavior toward him...
