Hardee's — Restaurant in Charlotte

Aside from the calories and cholesterol, I consider the burgers at Hardee's to be #1 in fast food. Wonder why you never see a Hardee's on the affluent side of town? Hardee's, you need to have a little more confidence in yourself. You could go toe to toe nextdoor to any McDonalds. Your food is better. They will always have more customers. But you will have a pretty good stream of customers for yourself. I'll bet the big boss of Hardee's has a stronger focus on cheaper rent than he has on total revenue. I've got an idea. Go to the the five most affluent sections of any major city. There will be a Chick Fillet nearby. Go there and get yourself a chicken sandwich. They're pretty good. Calories and cholesterol and fried. Take the slow way. Go inside. Sit down, take it real slow. Go at a busy time. There will probably be humans outdoors at the drive thru trying to expedite orders, because they are so busy. Try to figure out how much more the employees are being paid, and how much higher is the rent on the good side of town. And try to figure out their extremely high total revenue. In Charlotte, NC, at the Arboretum Shopping Center, Chick Fillet just knocked down a perfectly nice building and built a new one in the same place. Their business was great. They were totally out of business for 5 months. Now, business is great in the new building. McDonald's is 200 yards away. I would love to see a Hardee's nearby. Anywhere on Highway 51 in Charlotte, NC. P.S. I have to travel a lot on my job. I've always really liked the food at Burger King (#2) Flame broiled burgers are no BS. I mean, they're no Hardee's, but their burgers are pretty good too. But have you noticed Burger Kings closing down all over the country. It's because they are nasty. Poorly ran. The employees use the same filthy dishrag to clean off the tables all day long. Every one of the "clean" tables had a visible film on them. I was the only customer so many times. Filthy. Food and trash on the floor. Some local store managers wanted to save costs on laundry, spray cleaner and paper towels. Congratulations. Now you're out of business. Hardee's. RISE UP. Thank you. Short and simple, long wait on simple order (30 mins) and it was incorrect.

I live about 15 mins away from here so it's a drive there and back alone. I get there at 7:47 and wait in line to place my order. After ordering and waiting for 13 mins to get to the window, I pay and wait again only to be told to pull up front and that my order, "shouldn't be long." By now it is 8 mind you. I think to myself, well this food is better than Wendy's and your regular Cook-Out so I guess they are a little backed up. Well for some reason, my simple order is the only one that wasn't coming out because I sat til 8:11 waiting, watching the three people after me get their food and go. So I put the car in park and walked in. I see my food under the heat lamp and keep my cool. Window service lady finally packs my food and I check it right there. It's wrong and so I tell the shift supervisor Tadej, "who's responsible for my order," he asks what's wrong and so I tell him first off I never order out because I know how to make a burger and my burgers are god damned delicious I use Harris teeter meat season it, and Hawaiian bread bun, add some sweet onion romaine lettuce and cook the cheese on the meat mmm mmm mm better than any store bought/fast food/fancy restaurant burger. Anyway I explain myself to the shift manager and he goes and makes my food in 5 minutes. Why did it take 30 minutes to get that correct!? I will never go here anymore. I went to Hardee’s yesterday evening when I got off work and ordered 3 brown bags for my kids I never even got my two chicken sandwiches for one of my bags the cheeseburgers I ordered only cheese and ketchup only had ketchup and no cheese all of their fries was cold I called and talk to the manager he said yes ma’am the chicken sandwiches are right here still but for me to bring all the other food back and they will replace it I said once again sir I don’t have transportation I had to pay for a ride to come in the first place and yall not get my order right is crazy work. So I hung up and called to talk to the morning manager and he said the same thing with no food it’s nothing I can do I have my receipt and how can I bring back something I never got in the first place just don’t go their poor quality food and poor customer service and the manger’s don’t make it any better I asked for a corporate office number he told me 1800hardees but that number doesn’t even work neither just don’t waste your time or money at this establishment I know I will never go back or spend a dime in that...
